[EHON] Tanaka YUHO, artist. YUHO BIJUTSU OYO, 2 volumes (The volumes are numbered one and two, appear to be all published.) The original edition, published in Meiji 23 (1890) which was later reprinted by Yamada Unsodo in 1903. 9 3/8 x 6 5/8 inches. String-bound Japanese style, fukuro toji, with the original printed title labels. Very good condition. Woodcuts in sumi and light colors in the emerging Nihonga style of the turn of the 20th century, with a few decorative motives amidst mostly genre and landscape scenes.
